Group & Private 1-on-1 sessions
Group Sessions:
Combines position specific translatable drills with detailed coaching, creating an environment where athletes apply their individual skills mirroring actual game conditions.
Essential for competitive group drills, development of game-speed drills, helps athletes understand team strategies, formations, and plays.
Package 1:
Training 2 days/week (8 sessions) per month. ~~1 hour I $175
Package 2:
Training 3 days/week (12 sessions) per month. ~~ 1 hour I $205
Private 1-on-1 Sessions:
Provides personalized, focused coaching tailored to an athlete's specific needs, allowing for faster improvement, targeted skill development, enhanced physical fitness, and stronger mental confidence. ~~ 1 hour I $65
